以学拓视野 互鉴促提升|武汉商学院处级干部研修班到访深圳技术大学开展专题研学

7月29日，武汉商学院处级领导干部履职能力提升班莅临我校参观交流，特邀科研与校企合作部张中成老师作专题分享，来自武汉商学院的47名学员参加培训，学员涵盖校领导、各职能处室、二级学院处级干部及党务骨干，覆盖办学治校各条线。

On July 29, a training cohort of division-level cadres from Wuhan Business University attended a visit and exchange event at Shenzhen Technology University. Mr. Zhang Zhongcheng from the Department of Scientific Research and University-Enterprise Cooperation was specially invited to deliver a thematic sharing session, with 47 participants from Wuhan Business University in attendance. The cohort covered university leaders, division-level cadres from all functional departments and schools (colleges), as well as Party-building backbones, representing all facets of the university’s governance and operation.

本次交流座谈以"因学术而应用，为应用而学术——深圳技术大学打造科学研究新范式的实践探索"为题，聚焦高校学术研究与产业应用深度融合的核心议题，立足高水平应用研究型大学科研发展创新路径，分享我校在科研范式革新、产学研协同、科技成果转化等方面的实践经验与探索成果。希望通过本次专题分享与交流，搭建两校沟通交流的桥梁。

The exchange forum centered on the theme "Academics for Application, Application-driven Academics: Practical Exploration of a New Scientific Research Paradigm Developed by Shenzhen Technology University." It focused on the core topic of deep integration between academic research and industrial application in higher education. Based on the innovative pathways for scientific research development of a high-level applied research university, the session shared the university’s practical experience and achievements in reforming research paradigms, advancing university-industry-research collaboration, and commercializing scientific and technological outcomes. This sharing and exchange aimed to build a bridge for communication and cooperation between the two institutions.

张中成老师结合学校办学实践，从校园建设、师资、科研、产教融合及成果转化方面介绍学校发展，阐释 “因学术而应用，为应用而学术” 的应用型科研范式。

Drawing on the educational practice of SZTU, Mr. Zhang Zhongcheng presented the university’s progress in campus construction, faculty development, scientific research, industry-education integration and research commercialization, and explained its applied research paradigm-Academics for Application, Application-driven Academics.

立足应用型办学定位，学校硬件设施完善，实验室资源充足，教师博士占比超八成，高层次产业人才储备丰富。学校联动近300家行业龙头开展深度校企合作，横向科研经费充裕。近年成果转化成果丰硕，孵化数十家教师科创企业，7家企业融资总估值达80亿元，在激光、新材料、智能驾驶领域实现多项关键技术突破。

Staying true to its applied university positioning, the institution boasts sound facilities and abundant laboratory resources. Over 80% of its teaching staff hold doctoral degrees, and a large pool of high-caliber talents with industry backgrounds. The university has established in-depth partnerships with nearly 300 leading enterprises, with substantial corporate funding for horizontal research. In recent years, it has made significant progress in technology transfer, incubating dozens of tech startups founded by faculty. Seven of these ventures have secured financing with a combined valuation of 8 billion yuan, achieving key technological breakthroughs in laser technology, new diamond materials and intelligent driving.

During the interactive session, participants raised questions on hot topics including talent cultivation, experimental teaching, and industry-education integration, which Mr. Zhang Zhongcheng answered thoroughly, fostering a lively and engaging exchange atmosphere.

All participating cadres commented that the training program featured systematic experience sharing and in-depth interactive exchanges with substantial and practical insights. The event offered participants valuable insights into advanced educational philosophies and broadened their work horizons.

Moving forward, the College of Continuing Education at Shenzhen Technology University will further leverage the university’s social service functions. Drawing on its premium educational resources and industrial linkage strengths, the school will regularly organize cadre training and exchange activities to contribute to capacity building for university management teams and the advancement of higher education.
