Greentown's "Rose Garden" is the oldest series in its low-density product line. From its inception to its evolution over the past thirty years, it has been involved in shaping the understanding of "big houses" in the Chinese villa market. The Rose Garden did not position itself as a builder of ordinary dwellings from the beginning, and its vitality comes from continuous internal renewal. Rather than building a product line, Greentown Group has shifted its focus from "building houses" to "value discovery" through the Rose Garden series. And creating value is the deepest moat against cycles.
在武汉，作为绿城TOP级“玫瑰系”，绿城·外滩玫瑰园正在重新定义这座城市的居住想象。项目落址于汉口百年历史风貌区的核心，它被嵌入汉口历史风貌区的肌理却同时设计了向城市开放的法式沿街花园，消融社区与城市的边界。带着这样的看法进入绿城·外滩玫瑰园的设计，LSD开始有意识地将这种流动的秩序落进真实的人居尺度。空间本身理应如空气般持续流动，不被“房间”这一概念所禁锢。当设计将目光从风格转向形态，一种更为柔软的诗意便会浮现。
In Wuhan, as a top tier "rose series" in Greentown, Greentown Bund Rose Garden is redefining the city's residential imagination. The project is located in the core of Hankou's century old historic district, which is embedded in the texture of Hankou's historic district while also designing a French style street garden open to the city, melting the boundary between the community and the city. Entering the design of the Greentown Bund Rose Garden with this perspective, LSD began to consciously bring this flowing order into the real scale of human habitation. The space itself should flow continuously like air, not confined by the concept of "room". When design shifts its focus from style to form, a softer poetic quality emerges.
玄关以古典语言为基底，设计层面则有意避开对于形式上传统、厚重、复刻式的堆叠，不拘泥于单一风格的还原，而是以折衷手法进行编排，营造归家的仪式感。The entrance hall is based on classical language, and the design intentionally avoids the stacking of traditional, heavy, and replicated forms. It is not limited to the restoration of a single style, but is arranged with a compromise approach to create a sense of homecoming ceremony.客厅以对称秩序构建空间骨架，雕花装饰被刻意收敛，舍弃冗余的符号，仅于门洞与天花转折处保留标志性的弧形轮廓，以此完成古典元素的转译。以壁炉为界，左右两侧的墙面造型与家具陈设几乎对称。The living room is constructed with a symmetrical order to create a spatial framework, and the carved decorations are deliberately restrained, abandoning redundant symbols and retaining only the iconic curved contours at the turning points of the door opening and ceiling, thus completing the translation of classical elements. Divided by the fireplace, the wall shapes on the left and right sides are almost symmetrical with the furniture display.从餐厅视线偏转，休闲厅开启了另一种空间节奏。设计逻辑可追溯至法式老洋房中的角厅，一种围而不合的建筑语法，在开合之间，酝酿出层次丰满的生活场景。色彩向自然撷取，清雅而克制：墙面、织物与软装维持着统一的淡雅调性，模糊了内外的硬边界，让窗外流动的景致成为室内安静铺陈的底色。
Turning away from the restaurant, the lounge opens up another spatial rhythm. The design logic can be traced back to the corner hall in the French style old western-style house, a kind of architectural grammar that surrounds but does not fit, brewing a richly layered living scene between opening and closing. Colors are drawn from nature, elegant yet restrained: the walls, fabrics, and soft furnishings maintain a unified and elegant tone, blurring the hard boundaries between the inside and outside, making the flowing scenery outside the window the quiet background color of the interior.
负一层以统一的色彩逻辑、材质体系与克制的审美贯穿始终，精细的软装落位与清晰的动静分区，共同编织出一种向心的尺度。The negative layer is woven with a unified color logic, material system, and restrained aesthetic throughout, with fine soft decoration placement and clear dynamic and static zoning, creating a centripetal scale.在这一基调下，负一层被界定为独立而私密的社交空间，既是主人的休闲层，也是社交往来的延伸主场。会客厅、雪茄室、游戏室，各功能区彼此独立，软装气质较其他楼层更显沉敛，厚重的色调与内收的材质回应审美与社交场景，呈现出一种不事张扬的笃定。Under this tone, the negative layer is defined as an independent and private social space, serving as both the owner's leisure layer and an extended home for social interaction. The reception room, cigar room, and game room are independent of each other, and the soft furnishings have a more subdued atmosphere compared to other floors. The heavy color tones and inward materials respond to aesthetic and social scenes, presenting a confident and unassuming atmosphere.空间细节同样经过推敲，圆桌区被赋予小型书写、棋牌等活动场景，在角落自然构成一方安定的私密角落。居住舒适与实用功能达至微妙平衡，呈现一种克制而有温度的状态。The spatial details have also been carefully considered, and the round table area has been endowed with small activity scenes such as writing and chess, naturally forming a stable and private corner in the corner. A subtle balance is achieved between comfortable living and practical functions, presenting a restrained and warm state.壁炉背景墙以通体石材铺开，表面施以线条雕刻，饰面延续古典的井字格语汇，在理性的秩序里带出几分温度与纵深感。The background wall of the fireplace is laid out with solid stone, with carved lines on the surface and a decorative finish that continues the classical grid vocabulary, bringing a touch of warmth and depth in a rational order.夹层是容纳阅读、书写、艺术创作与独处的精神空间。设计以节制为起点，用大面积留白确立空间的底色，让功能退后，氛围先行。The mezzanine is a spiritual space that accommodates reading, writing, artistic creation, and solitude. The design starts with moderation, using large areas of blank space to establish the background color of the space, allowing functionality to retreat and atmosphere to come first.八角厅的画室被处理成一处松弛的休闲角落，依托结构本身的围合感自然划定场域，无需过多装饰，便可容纳片刻出神与闲谈。The art studio in the octagonal hall has been transformed into a relaxed leisure corner, naturally delineated by the enclosed structure, and can accommodate moments of contemplation and casual conversation without excessive decoration.公共起居区借由组合家具形成围合式布局，在开放的平面中建立起亲密的尺度感；中式水彩挂画则以淡雅笔触融入整体空间，轻盈地平衡了东西方的美学气息。The public living area is enclosed by modular furniture, creating an intimate sense of scale in an open plan; Chinese watercolor hanging paintings integrate elegant brushstrokes into the overall space, balancing the aesthetic atmosphere of East and West with lightness.儿童空间的构思依循各自的兴趣特质而生。女孩房以柔和雅致的调性萦绕全室，绘画创作所需的专注与日常起居的松弛被妥帖地安顿在同一片安宁的秩序之中，二者互不侵扰，在彼此留出的距离里，呈现出安然自洽的生活质地。The concept of children's space is born according to their respective interests and traits. The girl's room is surrounded by a soft and elegant tone, and the focus required for painting creation and the relaxation of daily life are perfectly placed in the same peaceful order. The two do not interfere with each other, and in the distance left between them, they present a peaceful and harmonious quality of life.电梯过厅的立面借由进退层次摆脱了过廊的乏味，转折处融入旋转收纳、私享酒吧与休闲一隅，让日常穿行也拥有沉淀与停驻的意趣。The facade of the elevator lobby breaks away from the monotony of passing through corridors through the use of progressive and retreat levels, and incorporates rotating storage, private bars, and leisure corners at the turning points, giving daily travel a sense of sedimentation and parking.三层主卧作为屋主专属的私密领域，功能设定纯粹，动线自成一体，从空间序列上隔绝外部干扰，形成安稳的休憩内核。The three story master bedroom serves as the exclusive private area for the homeowner, with pure functional settings and a self-contained flow, isolating external interference from the spatial sequence and forming a stable resting core.功能设定围绕女主人的专属轻社交场景展开，承载日常小聚与下午茶宴请等私享时光。The functional settings revolve around the exclusive light social scene of the hostess, carrying daily gatherings and afternoon tea parties. Please wait for private moments.室内与户外的边界被有意柔化，内外的场景彼此渗透，最终构筑出一处兼具松弛氛围与精致质感的社交空间。The boundary between indoor and outdoor is intentionally softened, and the scenes inside and outside permeate each other, ultimately creating a social space that combines a relaxed atmosphere and exquisite texture.在绿城·外滩玫瑰园项目中，空间自然地回归到生活本身。一座宅邸最动人的时刻，往往在于它毫无负担地接纳了所有混乱与美好。
